About Us

Locally owned & operated, Rosko's opened in August 2022 after many years of homebrewing, professional brewing, planning, and renovations. In addition to brewing great beer, Rosko's is Williamsport-proud and strives to be a pillar of the community.

Rosko’s serves a seasonal, rotating beer menu as well as locally sourced wines, canned cocktails, and more. We are a brewery-first establishment and do not have a kitchen. We offer snacks such as locally sourced soft pretzels & English sausage rolls, and we partner with local food trucks throughout the year.

We specialize in highly sessionable beers, with a focus on a balanced beer menu. When you visit Rosko's, expect a variety of styles from traditional to on-trend.

Our Core Beliefs

While “Rosko” is derived from a family nickname, Rosko’s Brew House embodies much more. Rosko’s core beliefs are Family, Fun, and Community. When you enjoy a Rosko’s brew, you are supporting your local community, commerce, and families. The taproom was built with love, sweat, and tears, and the beer is created with a strong appreciation of the fine details of craft brewing.

We offer our space for public and private events, such as Community Tap Nights, live events, and personal or company parties. See our Events page & follow us on social media for more information.

Our History

The house was built in 1870 by one of Williamsport’s earliest architects, William Fink. At the time, the area was a marshy stream that ran through the property. Mr. Fink built a stone culvert to straddle the stream and built the house above it. The culvert can still be accessed today and is opened to the public occasionally throughout the year.

Today, the exterior of the building retains its original charm. When you enter the historic front door, note the brewery in the old parlor room on your right, the restored staircase to your front, and the original brick, shiplap, plaster, and window trims in the taproom to your left.

Unknown to the current owners at the time of purchase, William Fink was a renowned cider and wine maker. This means over 100 years ago brewing and fermentation was taking place in this exact location!
